Great haircut. Stylist was friendly and knew what she was doing.

I have been going to this location for the last 5 years. I go in today since I really needed a haircut for a busy week ahead for business meetings. The stylist asked how I like my haircut, mind you there are notes on the printed ticket she has on how I get my haircut. She then starts with the clippers, supposed to be a #1 guard. As she get to the side, it’s down to my skin - she scalped the entire back and side of my head. I told he that’s not a #1 guard, and it’s basically a buzz cut!! She says, yeah it does look close, and starts to continue like it was nothing. At this point I’m super pissed, and told her she screwed up my hair BIG TIME! She finally admitted fault after trying to salvage what hair was left on my head. I can say that I will NEVER be back to this location - thanks for the haircut/scalping that I received today.
